Mr. Garine served as Director of Business Development for S&K from 2002 - 2023. Mr. Garine’s primary responsibilities at S&K included the sales and leasing of S&K Realty’s assets in the Palm Beach Park of Commerce, a 1,400 acre industrial site in northwest Jupiter. 

To date, Mr. Garine has completed over 200 transactions with an aggregate value of $500 million in office and industrial real estate. Mr. Garine also assists new landowners navigate through various stages of

real estate development including but not limited to site selection, negotiating commercial terms and securing incentive packages through state and local economic development agencies.

Prior to S&K, Mr. Garine worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in Moscow, Russia (1993-1998) and Kiev, Ukraine (1998-2000). He specialized in office leasing for multinational corporations seeking to gain a foothold in Eastern Europe at

a time of robust growth and expansion in the region. Notable clients include Arthur Anderson, GE, and Occidental Petroleum.
